Seasonal & Extended Stays Information

• Seasonal Rates: All seasonal sites are 30 Amp water & electric only. Lots 1-14 are $4,000. Lots 50–54 and 178–193 are $5,000.
• Included Utilities: Each site includes unlimited electric and water; no meters or additional fees.
• Payment Schedule: 50% deposit due by Nov 15 ($250 non-refundable). Balance due May 1. A $10/day late fee applies after May 1. Please contact our office for availability.
• Site Assignments: First-come, first-served basis once a deposit is received.
• Golf Carts: Personal carts allowed for a $550 seasonal fee with proof of insurance.
• Honey Wagon: Daily pump-out service is available for an additional fee.
• Discounted Monthly Rates: Available on any site in the park that includes unlimited electric and water. Call our office for availability and pricing.

Cancellation Policy

• Refund Schedule: 30+ days notice (full refund minus $25 fee); 15–29 days notice (50% refund); Within 14 days (No refund).
• Weather/Shortened Stays: No refunds are provided for weather-related issues or early departures.
• General: All reservations must be paid in full at booking. Waiver signer must be 21+ years old.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: 3:00 PM. Early check-in (1–3 PM) for campsites is $15 based on availability. No early check-in for lodging. No arrivals before 1 PM.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM for lodging / 12:00 PM for campsites. No refunds for shortened stays.
• Visitors: Must register at the office and obtain a pass. Day guests ($5) exit by 10 PM. Overnight guests are $10. Children 4 and under are free.

Lodging, Pets & Add-Ons

• Lodging Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed inside or around lodging units. A $200/day fine applies for violations.
• Campsite Pets: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are $3/day. Must not be left unattended. No aggressive breeds or pets allowed in buildings/pool areas.
• Linens: All lodging (except "The House") is bring-your-own bedding. Linen service is available for a fee if reserved in advance.
• Onsite Laundry Facilities: Available to all guests for a fee.
• Hammocks: Available for rent. Call for pricing.
• Golf Carts: Yes, you can bring your own golf cart. It’s $5 per day with proof of insurance provided in advance of reservation. Guests need to email coverage to info@camp89.com.
• Golf Cart Rentals: We have limited carts that we rent out for a two day minimal. Book well in advance—these are popular! Call for pricing.
• Firewood: Hardwood, dry and big bundles for $7/each. Buy 6 get 7th free. Delivered to your site.

Site Rules & Safety

• Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Speed Limit: Strictly 5 MPH throughout the park.
• Fires: Only in provided fire rings (do not move). No outside firewood allowed due to tree disease risks.
• Propane: For sale to campers.
• Pool/Swimming: No lifeguards on duty; swim at your own risk. Parents must supervise children at all times.
• Conduct: Alcohol allowed in moderation on-site only. Marijuana, drugs, guns, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
• Trash: Bag trash and deposit in the dumpster near the exit. No trash service or trash in fire rings.
• Honey Wagon: Daily pump-out service is available for an additional fee.
• Dump Station: Free for registered guests.
